July Resolutions

Kelli from She Learns As She Goes has a monthly link-up where we share our goals and keep a record of our progress.  Be sure to visit her blog.

My Spiritual Resolution for July is to keep a prayer journal and set aside a time each day to purposefully pray.

My Mental Resolution for the month of July is to catch up on my Goodreads Challenge. Right now I have these six books on hold for me at the library which I will pick up tomorrow...

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

Cold Mountain by Charles Frazier

On the Road by Jack Kerouac

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

Escape from Camp 14: One Man's Remarkable Odyssey from North Korea to Freedom in the West by Blaine Harden

The Sparrow by Mary Doria Russell

Plus, I have Saturday by Ian McEwan here at home.  Let's see if I can finish all seven by the end of July.

My Emotional Resolution for July is to journal and travel!  Traveling is good for the soul. We will finally be able to cross a state off the list this month, which makes me excited.

My Physical Resolution for the month is to continue eating gluten less and experiment more with different recipes.  Another thing I need to work on is my sugar consumption.  I'm consuming too much sugar.  This month I would like to monitor my sugar levels and at least attempt to limit the sweets.

What are your plans for July?
