#PLOT Juice/Fruit/Veggie Week + Protein

Yesterday I began a diet.  I will only consume vegetables, fruit, healthy juices, and protein drinks.  I will consume 1500 calories per day.  I will eat five times a day, instead of the usual three square meals a day.  This will only be for one week.  Next week I will begin to incorporate other healthy foods.  I want to limit sweets and bread products.

My "breakfast" consisted of Bolthouse Green Goodness and a bowl of strawberries and watermelon.  Yum!  The Green Goodness has a lot of healthy ingredients, including Blue Green Algae.  My mom tried the drink and said the strongest flavor was the pineapple.  I agree with her.  My sister would not try it until I bribed her.  I think her biggest problem was the color, green.

My "lunch" also consisted of the Green Goodness and fruit.

"Dinner" was a little tough, but I decided to partake of the Chocolate Protein Plus.  I'm thinking I did this backwards and should start my day with more protein.  I'm learning as I go.
