Healthy ways to cut back on calories:

Topless Sandwiches:

If you use one slice, instead of two, you can eliminate up to 100 calories while still enjoying a sandwich.

Chew Gum:

There are many different flavors of gum.  Instead of grabbing dessert, try chewing a piece or two of gum.  You will taste the flavor with 1/10th of the calories.  Extra has quite a selection of flavors, from Root Beer to Strawberry Shortcake to Key Lime Pie to Mint Chocolate Chip!

Drink Tea:

Instead of drinking soda or juices, which contain high fructose corn syrup and sugar, drink tea.  You can brew a whole pot and put in the fridge for a cool refreshing energizing drink!  Add ice for a metabolic boost.
